International scientific journal “Market economy problems” is the Central Economic and Mathematical Institute of Russian Academy Sciences e-journal with open access to the full texts of published articles. It is a quarterly published periodical scientific edition. The journal is published since 2015. The journal has been registered in the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology, and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor). Its sertificate of registration is EL No FS77-63284. International standard serial number of the journal “Market Economy Problems” is ISSN: 2500-2325. The journal is indexed in Russian scientific citation index (RSCI) and is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of peer-reviewed scientific publications (part of the K2 group of journals), in which the main scientific results of dissertations for the degrees of candidate and Doctor of sciences should be published. Articles published in the journal are assigned DOI indexes. The journal publishes articles on topical problems of the market economy not previously published by authors in other journals. Articles are published in author 's edition. The editorial board of the journal includes prominent scientists-economists of Russia, as well as foreign scientists who share ideas of the creators of the journal about its purpose and scientific directions. The founders of the journal hope that it will become a scientific platform for experts in various fields of research, on which will be formed modern theoretical and practical provisions determining the development of the economy of Russia and the EAEU.
The goals and objectives of the journal are to publish the results of research by domestic and foreign authors dedicated to urgent problems of the Russian economy, providing them for discussion in the scientific community, the development of economic science and implementation in the practice of the national economic management.
The journal publishes articles presenting the results of research on the economy of Russia and the regions, problems of modernization and innovation, international economic integration, economic security, the world economy, economic and mathematical modeling, environmental and economic regulation of the market and other problems of the market economy. In a special section of the journal, materials devoted to significant events in the life of the scientific community are published. The publications on the economy of Russia and its regions are supposed to discuss macro - and meso-economic systems, their genesis, formation, development, forecasting, theoretical and methodological principles, methods and methods of management of these systems, as well as institutional and infrastructural aspects of the development of economic systems. In the articles devoted to the problems of modernization and innovation, the issues of investment economy, structural and investment activity, modernization processes and innovative transformations in the economy. On the current topic of economic security, the journal publishes articles on the assessment of the current state and forecasts of economic security, the development of mechanisms to improve its level, the elaboration and development of methodology for economic security at the international, national and regional levels. The journal also publishes articles devoted to the problems of the world economy, international economic integration, in particular, the study of its modern problems as an integral system, the patterns of internationalization and globalization of economic relations, the mechanisms of their regulation at the national, regional and global levels, as well as the development of theory and methodology in these areas. Publications on ecological and economic regulation of the market are a reflection of methodological support and practical recommendations for the formation of an economic mechanism for the ecologization of economic activity. Publications on the problems of economic and mathematical modeling discuss theoretical and methodological provisions of analysis of economic processes and systems based on the use of economic and mathematical methods and tools, proposals for the development of mathematical apparatus of economic research, methods of its application and integration into tools to increase the validity of management decisions at all levels of the economy, as well as results in the field of improvement of information technologies to solve economic problems and their effective expansion into new economic applications.
The decision to publish the article submitted to the journal is taken by the editorial office with a positive result of the review and taking into account the results of the examination of the article using the ANTIPLAGIAT system for incorrect borrowing and assessment of the degree of originality of its content. The author's compliance with other rules of scientific ethics and rules for the registration of the article submitted to the journal is also taken into account, as well as the completion of the article taking into account the comments of the reviewers, if the article was sent to the author for further development. The full texts of the articles published in the journal are made publicly available to Internet users on the website of the journal without registration and any other restrictions. Authors have the right to post articles published in the journal on other sites with a mandatory reference to its publication in the journal.
The editorial board of the journal relies on the following provisions: – The author must submit to the editorial office an original article, that is, an article that has not been previously published (in its current or similar form) and is not under consideration in other publications. Borrowing (without proper registration: with mandatory indication of the author(s) and the original source), plagiarism, self-citation of more than 10% in articles are not allowed. – Articles in the journal are reviewed strictly on the principle of double–blind peer review, that is, anonymously: the authors do not know the names of the reviewers, and the reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Based on the results of the review, the article can be accepted for publication, sent to the author for revision or rejected. – The editorial board of the journal adheres to the norms of editorial and publishing ethics generally accepted by the international scientific community, the ethics of scientific review and authorship of scientific publications, as well as the requirements of Russian legislation:
