Articles are submitted to the journal electronically in the form of Word text editor format files and additional drawing files (graphs, diagrams and diagrams) in Excel format (the file must contain the original numerical data associated with the drawing) and JPEG by e-mail to the editorial office address indicated on the home page of the journal's website. Together with the materials of the article, the author must submit to the editorial office the original or by e-mail a scan of the completed form of the copyright agreement. The set of files sent to the editor can be presented as an archive file in ZIP or RAR format.
In the letter with the materials of the article, you should specify the e-mail address and phone number of the author for contacts regarding the submitted article.
By submitting an article to the editorial board of the journal, the author consents to its publication in the issue of the journal posted on its website and to open access to the text of this publication. The authors of the articles are fully responsible for their content.
The full texts of published articles can be freely distributed unchanged with a mandatory link to the journal. When quoting articles, a link to the publication in the journal is required.
The journal publishes articles previously unpublished by the authors in other publications on topical issues of the market economy. Articles are published in the author's edition.
Articles submitted for publication in the journal must correspond to the subject of the journal and may contain the results of research on the economy of Russia and regions, problems of modernization and innovation, international economic integration, economic security, the world economy, economic and mathematical modeling, environmental and economic regulation of the market and other problems of the market economy, or analytical reviews on this topic. In a special section of the journal, materials devoted to significant events in the life of the scientific community are published.
It is necessary that the articles sent for publication: 1. Reflected the author's own view on the formulation and development of a scientific problem. 2. They met high scientific criteria and modern trends, were significant from a scientific and practical point of view. 3. They were not generalizing previously published works by both their own and other authors. 4. We took into account the domestic and foreign studies of other scientists and experts, which should be reflected in the list of literature sources.
The materials of the article are checked using the Anti-Plagiarism system for the presence of incorrect borrowings and to assess the degree of originality of its content. Originality (including citation and self-citation) articles on the Anti-plagiarism system should be at least 75-80%. The results of the review are taken into account when making a decision on the possibility of publishing an article in the journal.
Regarding the content of the articles, the editorial board of the journal «Market Economy Problems» strongly recommends that the authors take into account the recommendations contained in the following document. (in Russian)
Before sending an article to the editorial office, the author should take one of the articles of the latest issue of the journal as a design sample. The average volume of articles is 15-20 pages (35 000 – 45 000 characters), including an abstract, keywords, a list of sources in Russian and English. The article should be written in grammatically verified English or Russian in a clear style of presentation. The team of authors of articles accepted for consideration cannot number more than 3 authors. As an exception, by the decision of the editor-in-chief, articles written by 4 authors can be considered.
When making articles, the editorial board asks the authors of articles submitted to the journal to follow the following rules. The material of the article should include the components listed below, following in the specified order:
Articles submitted to the journal are subject to double anonymous peer review by members of the editorial board and/or experts involved. Reviewers analyze the relevance of the article, the degree of novelty of the research results discussed in it, carried out by the authors, their validity, the adequacy of the content of the article of the sources listed in the post-article list. The authors' compliance with the requirements of scientific ethics is also evaluated. The author may be asked to finalize the article taking into account the comments of the reviewers. In this case, the author is sent the text of the review, in which these comments are set out.
The maximum review period is no more than 2 months.
The article is accepted or rejected based on the conclusions of the reviewers and the decision of the editor-in-chief.
The main reasons for the rejection of articles are inconsistency with the scientific field of the journal, a significant proportion of borrowings, re–publication of their own results, lack of scientific novelty. The editorial board does not enter into correspondence with the authors about the conclusion of the reviewers.
